helpful staffbeautiful grounds
the breakfast was good and offered a huge plus for starting the day. wonderful staff were always helpful and available. i found the grounds quite beautiful, a romantic haven.
the pool was great but could get crowded at times. it required a bit of planning to secure a spot.

the location is central. it is directly on duval street. the possibility of parking the car at the hotel was convenient. the reception was friendly.
the room was very small. there was a door connecting to the next room , and i could hear everything the people next door said. a piece of wood covering an electrical box fell off the wall onto my partner laying on the bed. she hurt her legs and back.

the sheets didn't fit the bed i had to remake it multiple times each night this got old fast the ceiling fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months it was covered in dust the air conditioner could definitely use an upgrade too
